Medical Services & Consultations - All medical examinations and treatments are delivered by qualified, registered medical professionals. - Clinical plans are customized according to individual patient assessments and diagnostic findings. - Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history. ### 2. Appointments & Consultations - Online appointments receive confirmation via SMS/Email or WhatsApp. - Rescheduling and cancellations should ideally be notified prior to the scheduled slot. - Emergency critical cases receive immediate priority over routine scheduled consultations. ### 3. Payments & Billing - Services and treatments are billed transparently according to standard hospital schedules. - We support digital payments, cards, UPI, cash, and recognized health insurance TPAs.
